Structure
How many departments are there?
Nine: Enquiries, Project office, Drawing, Demand, Studio, Compliance, Assurance, Logistics and Money. Each has its own named desk and its own address on the client's domain.
What decisions always need a human?
Three: sending a quotation, anything contractual, and anything that spends money. None of the three ever happens automatically.
How is failure handled?
An independent verification step checks at the far end that what was reported to have happened actually happened. It never accepts a log, a receipt or an exit code as proof on its own, and returns pass, fail, or unverifiable — unverifiable is never treated as a pass.
Does it replace a client's existing systems?
No. It works inside the client's existing email, accounts package, drive and CRM rather than requiring new ones.
Is client data used to train anything?
No. Client material is used to do that client's own work, is not pooled with other clients', and is not used to train or improve any model.

One desk
From £1,450 per month — Pick the one that is costing you most. Enquiries and Money are the usual starting points because both show a number moving inside a month.
The back office
From £4,800 per month — The common shape. Enquiries, Drawing, Money and Assurance together, because they are the four that hand work to each other.
The full estate
From £8,400 per month — Everything, coordinated, verified, with the incident record open to you. For companies where the office is genuinely the constraint on how much work can be taken.
Are these prices final?
No — they are a starting point. A confirmed number comes from a written proposal once actual volume is known.
What does the first month look like?
A paid trial at full price and full service, cancellable at the end of it with nothing to unwind.
