Hobfolk
Proof, not a pitch

Nothing below was invented.
Neither were the mistakes.

Hobfolk has no case studies from outside clients yet, because it has no outside clients yet. What it has instead is its own operational record — real, dated things that went wrong inside the businesses this office already runs, and the permanent fix each one produced. That is the only kind of case study this site will ever publish without a real, checkable file behind it.

Proof, not a pitch

Nine stories, one rule behind all of them

Every desk on this site is a productised form of a standard that already exists and has already been paid for in real losses. These nine are where several of those standards came from — not written first and tested later, but written because something real happened first.

One of the nine ends with an open loose end rather than a clean resolution, on purpose. A case study that only ever shows the tidy ending is not describing an audit trail, it is describing a highlight reel — and the audit trail is the actual thing being sold here.

Nine, so far

Every one of them real
